REGISTRATION FOR ADULTS 2024
Must be 18 years old (or close to 18 years old) and older.
***REGISTER AT THE PARISH OFFICE***
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM, 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
REQUIREMENTS:
* For all three sacraments (Baptism, First Communion & Confirmation): COPY of the birth certificate
* For the sacrament of First Communion and Confirmation: COPY of the Baptism certificate
* For the sacrament of confirmation only: COPY of Baptism and First Communion certificates
DATE: Registration is the month of June
COST FOR REGISTRATION: $100.00 per student

* Para la Primera Comunión y Confirmación se necesita una copy de la acta de Bautismo
* Para la Confirmación se necesita una copia del Bautismo y la Primera Comunión
FECHA: La inscripción es el mes de Junio
COSTO DE INSCRIPCIONES: $100.00 por niño
